During Maths Week, we enjoyed carrying out some investigations, including: 

• Working out how to create a thousand out of bundles of drinking straws  

• Investigating temperatures around the school 

• Finding out about palindromic numbers 

• Investigating number patterns and how to explain them

• Investigating nets to make cubes
