Staff CPD
We believe that the key factor in enabling all children to learn to read, and to help them engage positively with reading, are the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm of the staff who teach them. With this in mind, reading is a key priority for improvement on our school development plan and we are devoting a significant number of staff training days and staff meetings to support our teachers' professional learning and development.
Teachers take part in a range of CPD to keep their practice updated and relevant.
