School Production Tickets
Winter Production 2024 “Robin Hood and the Sherwood Hoodies” – School Hall Monday 9th – Thursday 12th December 2024 at 6:30pm
All children have a part in the production - Year 6 are the main cast and the remainder of the students each feature in their class dances/scenes throughout the show.
If you would like to come and watch, you can purchase tickets on ParentMail from Monday at 4pm. Cast A will perform on Monday and Tuesday and Cast B on Wednesday and Thursday - YR 6 Main Cast will perform on all 4 nights. (Your child knows which cast they are in)
Please note the maximum number of tickets you can purchase is 2 per family--these can be on the same evening or one for 2 separate evenings. Children under 5 are, unfortunately, not permitted to attend.
This year there will be two items you can buy on ParentMail
Ticket – This will gain you entry into the hall to watch the performance. This is priced at £7.50.
Programme - This will give you a coupon to redeem before the show to claim a programme. This will be a printed book with photos of each class and the main cast and will also contain a link to the video of your child's performance. This will be £4.
This year we have taken the difficult decision to raise the ticket price to £7.50. This is because the cost to put the production on has risen dramatically over the last few years, and we need to insure we have covered all of our costs so not to take money from other school budgets. Please ensure you bring your ticket and tokens to the performance in order to claim your programme.
Entrance will be strictly ticket only.
One ticket = One seat = One Adult or Child over the age of 5
The production is not suitable for under 5’s. Children will not be allowed to sit on their parent’s lap.
Due to health and safety requirements, we have a limit of people we are able to seat in the hall. Due to this safety rule and as with previous years, we are implementing a 2 tickets per family rule. This means that we will only allocate 2 tickets, in total, to each family. For example; a family with one child in year 3 and one in year 5 would initially be allocated 2 tickets to purchase. We operate a waiting list and hope to accommodate all extra needs, so please contact the office if you wish to make use of this. If you have a disability please contact the office so that we can make suitable adjustments.
Tickets can be purchased through Parentmail. It is important to ensure that you order for the correct cast and performance date. Due to high demand for tickets, we CANNOT guarantee that requests to change dates would be accommodated so it is imperative that you buy the correct tickets for the correct night - Cast A performance is Monday 9th Dec and 10th Dec. Cast B performance is on Wednesday 11th Dec and Thursday 12th Dec. Tickets are allocated on a first come firstserved basis. Please order tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please remember we are a cashless school. There will be NO cash tickets on the night. However, the NST will be selling refreshments on the night which we will send more information out about at a later date. Cash will be accepted when buying refreshments or programmes from the NST.
Tickets will be available from 4pm on Monday 25th November
When buying your tickets on Parentmail, it is essential that you only buy 2 at a maximum. Anyone who buys more than 2 tickets as described will not be refunded, and your surplus tickets cannot be issued.
If you wish to volunteer as parking marshals, assisting people parking and dropping off within the school site, please email info@northmead.surrey.sch.uk and we will reserve you a seat within the front 3 rows for the night you have purchased tickets. This is to ensure your late arrival and a good deed does not mean you have to sit at the back. We will also reserve you a seat within the front 3 rows if you help the NST sell refreshments, raffle tickets and photos. If you wish to help the NST please email Northmead.nst@gmail.com, and they will pass your name on to the school so that we can reserve a seat for the night you have purchased tickets for.
Cast A performance is Monday 9th Dec and 10th Dec. Cast B performance is on Wednesday 11th Dec and Thursday 12th Dec. Children know if they are cast A or B. We have kept brothers/sisters in one cast. If your child is unsure of what cast they are in, please email your class teacher on your class email.
Cast A tickets will be sent home with children on Friday 6th December and Cast B tickets with children on Tuesday 10th December.
The performance will start promptly, at 6:30pm on each night.
Other arrangements regarding dropping off / picking up will be given at a later date.
